Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a quote for my rental needs?

Clients have two different options for requesting quotes for their respective events. 1) Email us at kompleteeventrentals@gmail.com with the items that you would like for your event. 2) Call us at 918-812-7363 and we can help you put a quote together over the phone.

How do I book an order?

There are a couple of ways that we can do this as well.

1) If you know that the numbers are correct on your rental quote and wont need to be adjusted then you can pay directly online from our invoice email. There is a link that says "Pay for this order", once you have located the link simply copy and paste the email from the quote into the email verification request and then you are all set to pay. A receipt will be automatically sent to your email after your payment has been processed. 2) You can call us to put the 50% deposit down to secure your rentals. Then you will have until 2 weeks before the event to make any changes to your order and then make the final payment.

Are there any other fees associated with my order?

Great question. There are a couple of fees that are added to every order. 1) Delivery and pick up fee 2) Damage Waiver 3) Taxes 4) Processing Fee.

What is the wishlist cart used for?

This tool is a great way for you to build your rental quote order. Simply browse the website and simply add the items that you would like for your event to your Wishlist cart. You can add the exact amounts that you need. Once you are finished you can simply take a screenshot of the Wishlist and email it to us.

What information do I need in order to request a quote?

1) The date of the event. 2) The location of the event (venue or physical address if it is a private residence). 3) The best email for us to send a quote to.

What do "racks of and sets of" next to flateware, glassware, and plating mean?

Great question! These are the numerical values that you must order in when you want one of these respective items. For example if you want water goblets you must order either 25, 50, 75, 100, etc. This is because 25 of these glasses come in each rack.

Why do I put a deposit down for my order?

Deposits secure the items on the rental quote for that date so that clients are guaranteed those amounts for their respective events.

How do I know if you are available for a date?

Just shoot us a call or email us and we will be happy to check on availability for you.

How do I make an appointment to come see the showroom?

Just give us a call or shoot us an email to setup an appointment. We do require an appointment to come into the showroom.

Do you accept tax exempt individuals?

Yes, we sure do! We just need your state tax exemption certificate before we can remove the sales tax from your order.

How far do you deliver to?

We will travel up to 75 miles outside of Tulsa.

What do you consider after-hours delivery and pick up?

Anything after 6pm Monday-Friday, Saturday after 5pm, and all of Sunday is considered after hours pick up.

Do you sell your products?

We are a rental company and we will not sell any of our products to clients. We strictly rent them out.

Will you ship your rentals out of state?

We will not ship any of our rentals period.

Can customers pick up rentals?

Absolutely! Just ask for an invoice for customer pick up and return. We have certain requirements that we will go over with you at that time.

Are the prices shown for a single day rental?

Yes, All prices that are listed on our website or within our quotes are for single day rentals.

Do you rent items hourly?

We don't rent our products hourly. It is the same daily price that is listed. You can use them for a few hours instead of the whole day but you will be charged the same daily price.

Do you setup rentals?

Setup and take down of rentals can be added for an additional fee. Certain items already include setup and take down while others will need to be added on.
